A HMS lesson is a private 90 minute session for up to 3 people and is catered to the rider's biggest needs

HMS lessons are for people 6 and older that can confidently ride a bicycle

At HMS we provide all necessary gear: helmets, gloves, chest protectors, and goggles. HMS also 

provides the bikes, HMS has bikes for people of all ages, sizes, and skill. HMS also allows people with bikes and gear to bring their own if they so choose. 

When preparing for a HMS lesson, the rider MUST wear pants, preferably jeans, and close-toed shoes. They should also bring water and a snack. Riders MUST fill out and bring BOTH forms listed at the bottom of the page to participate 

• Gear and Bike rentals are $75 per person for 1.5 hours
• Lessons are $125 per person for 1.5 hours 
• A $50 deposit is due upon signup and the rest is paid upon arrival.
• Deposits will be refunded upon cancellation no later than 24 hours before the lesson is set to begin.
• Rescheduling is available up to 1 hour before the lesson is set to begin, but the deposit will not be returned and a new deposit will not be needed.
